Base pricing scales with the number of property in your portfolio. Ground-truth monitoring (onsite sensors and eDNA) is included in Professional and Enterprise tiers, or available as an add-on for Starter.
All plans include: portfolio address upload, initial satellite baseline analysis, dashboard setup, team training, and framework template configuration. Implementation takes 2-6 weeks depending on portfolio size.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. When you upgrade mid-contract, we prorate the difference and apply it to your new plan.
Asset additions are prorated and billed quarterly. If you dispose of assets, your renewal price adjusts down. We reconcile portfolio changes each quarter.
We install sensors (bioacoustic recorders and eDNA sampling equipment) during one site visit. Devices collect data continuously. We retrieve and analyze samples quarterly. Property managers don't need to coordinate anything after initial installation.
